Every order ships free anywhere in the United States, packed and sent from our boutique at 358 W Broadway St, Bradley, Illinois.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. Checkout accepts US delivery addresses, and we are not able to send orders to other countries at the moment.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Order processing
Orders are picked, inspected and packed at the store. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed while the store is closed are processed on the next business day.

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and remote delivery areas can add time. If you are ordering for a wedding or a birthday, please allow extra days and contact us before ordering if the date is close.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is collected you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also see it under Orders in your account, or on our Track Your Order page.
Taxes and extra charges
The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. Shipping is free, and because every order is delivered inside the United States there are no customs duties or import charges.
Delivery addresses
Please check the shipping address carefully before paying. We can change an address only while the order is still with us. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and put it right.
