Not every style comes in every size. The size dropdown on each product page shows exactly what is available for that dress.
How to measure her
- Chest. Measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
- Waist. Measure around the natural waistline — the narrowest part, usually just above the belly button.
- Height. Stand her against a wall without shoes and measure from the top of the head to the floor.
- Dress length. For floor-length gowns, measure from the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
Write the numbers down in inches or centimetres and keep them handy — they make every future order easier.
Choosing between two sizes
- If she falls between sizes, take the larger one. Length can be hemmed; a bodice that is too tight cannot be fixed.
- Ball gowns with a lace-up or corset back allow more adjustment across the back than a concealed zip.
- If the event is months away, allow room for growth — especially for children under five.
- A petticoat adds volume but no width at the bodice, so it does not change the size you need.
