These terms apply to every order placed on shopsprinkledwithglitter.com. Please read them before you buy.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or there has been a pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees.
Applicable sales tax, where charged, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our website.
Your order is dispatched once payment has cleared.

4. Products

We photograph every style as accurately as we can, but screens vary and fabric dye lots differ slightly, so colors can look a little different in person. Measurements, sizes and descriptions are provided as a guide — see the Size Guide and contact us if you are unsure before ordering.

5. Availability

Stock is shared between this website and our Bradley store. In the rare case an item sells out between your order and packing, we will contact you and refund in full.

6. Shipping

Delivery destinations, costs and estimated times are set out on the Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms and explains your options, the 30-day window and the condition items must be in.

8. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, copy our photographs or product descriptions for commercial use, or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

10. Intellectual property

The Sprinkled with Glitter name, site design, photography and written content belong to us or to our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Liability

Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the items you purchased, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
