Sprinkled with Glitter began with handmade hair bows, sold from Maria’s home to friends and neighbours around Bradley and Kankakee. Customers kept coming back — and kept telling other people — until there were enough of them to open a shop.

That shop is at 358 W Broadway St in Bradley, Illinois, and it is still run by the same family. The rails carry bows and hair accessories, shirts, bags and gifts for little girls, alongside the flower girl and occasion dresses you will find in the online store.
